Fudge is good any time of the year but especially if it is a fudge made with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups! This is a wonderfully easy recipe and will definitely satisfy any peanut butter cravings you might have.

Remove and mix one last time and place back in the microwave for 1 minute.
Add 2 1/4 cups of Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips to this mixture and mix until all chips are melted.
Pour over prepared pan with Reese’s Cups.
Put the fudge in the refrigerator until completely cooled and set. It will be a very firm fudge.
**For a softer Fudge**
After adding the Reese’s PB chips and mixing until melted, add 1- 7 oz jar of marshmallow cream, mix well. Pour over prepared pan of Reese’s cups.
This is very simple and quick and can be a blessing if you need a quick dessert for unexpected company. It also comes in handy when you need a last minute dessert for the bake sale at church or school. However, it can be a curse if your love for peanut butter is greater than your desire to keep off or lose the pounds!
This fudge freezes quite well also so you can make a double batch and surprise the family on a night that you want to make dinner extra special.
