Hello fellow readers!
With the holidays quickly approaching, we will be slightly changing up the format, and there will be one book for November and December.
The next selection is The Fault in Our Stars, written by John Green. The book is a little longer, so the extra month will hopefully give everyone interested a chance to read it before we discuss. The book follows a 16-year-old girl trying to survive against terminal cancer, all the while falling in love for the first time. The book is filled with love, humor, anguish and is more of an emotional quest than previous reads we have tackled. I hope everyone enjoys it!
Also, on a personal note, Iām sorry for the delays in my posts over the last few months. I have fallen a bit behind lately because my husband and I are expecting our second child early next year, and this pregnancy has been anything but easy. I am finally feeling human again, and hope to be more present going forward. Thanks again everyone for reading!
Congratulations! My very best wishes for a healthy and easy pregnancy (followed by 21 healthy and easy years!)
Thanks for the extra time to read the book- it’s a busy month, but I am in. My new Kindle Paperwhite is on the way. š
I will be in this month also! Also a big congratulations to your family! How exciting. Glad to hear you are feeling better. Do you know the gender yet?
Thanks! We are very excited, as is our 5 year old who cannot wait to be a big sister. We find out in 2 days what we are having.
Jodie, very happy for you and your family! I hope the rest of your pregnancy is much easier.
