No-Churn Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream

No-churn ice cream is an incredibly simple way to make an ice cream treat without bothering with an ice cream maker. Yes, that is right…you do not need the fuss and clean up of an ice cream maker! It might not be the perfect ice cream, but it is easy, fast and still very delicious.

This Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream is a little bit like eating pumpkin pie, only with getting your freeze on. No-churn ice cream will not be as creamy as regular ice cream, but it will still have an awesome flavor and a wonderful texture of its own.

No-Churn Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream

Yields: 4-6 Servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Freeze Time: 4 hours

Ingredients:

8 oz heavy whipping cream
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
¾ cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp vanilla extract

Pumpkin pie ice cream in process

Directions:

1. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. If using electric mixer, use paddle attachment.
2. Gradually add condensed milk while continuing to beat for several minutes.
3. Stir in the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice and beat for several minutes.
4. Pour into 9×5” loaf pan or freezer container, and freeze for at least 4 hours or leave overnight.

This pumpkin pie ice cream will make a fabulous quick and easy dessert this holiday season and I guarantee your guest will love it. Just make sure you take this out of the freezer at least 15 minutes before serving or you will not be able to scoop out the ice cream.

    The first time I tried pumpkin ice cream, and it was from whole foods, I instantly fell in love – hard!!! I have been trying to make my own, never comes out good enough for anyone but me (subconsciously on purpose so no need to share??) I must try this recipe it is so easy and does sure look good.

    This is a fabulous quick and easy pumpkin dessert for anytime. Pumpkin flavor is one of my favorites. I even freeze cooked pumpkin in small quantities to use. I cannot wait to make this dessert.

    That has got to be the easiest ice cream recipe I’ve ever seen…and because of that I will absolutely make it. I’ll have to stock up on pumpkin because I have a feeling this is going to be a year round thing.
