I love Jimmy and I thought Kate looked just gorgeous. Great, honest answers. I was sad to see her go but I think it was probably time.

Jimmy’s the best.  She looked great with her hair like that.

Kate looked absolutely stunning in that dress!  I agree with Samantha–it was time to go, and Kate knew that. She looked soooo exhausted that I almost felt guilty for voting my 112 votes =(

DWTS will be a little less entertaining for me w/out Kate dancing. I’m sure her kids enjoyed watching her on tv in her pretty dresses (although I did not like this last one). Her hairstyle was really cute. It was also nice to see her & Tony laughing & downplaying any of the drama.

Loved it.  I too am sorry to see her go, but it was time…she has so many other things to do, she sure won’t be doing nothing.  And she still get’s the check.

I am sorry to see her go, but it was time.  I am sorry to see Tony go, too.  I am impressed that Kate make a lot of money without the kids being filmed.  Good for her!

Saw the following and thought,  wouldn’t it be funny if Kate were on their list?  Oh, how the haters will be in a frenzy…

People magazine will publish its Most Beautiful list next Wednesday

The best interview by far, was the Ryan Seacrest interview

He subs for Larry King sometimes but I’ve never watched him, I will after this.

I like Jimmy Kimmel, but I always opt for other things.  I liked how he was aggravating them w/his questions.  That was funny.  Such a cute interview.

Susan from Florida, thanks for posting that.  I just had a cup of tea and listened to it.  Good interview.  I like that  Kate is handling these questions about Jon in a mature and respectful way.

Samantha, I think a lot of folks felt guilty–it was a tug-of-war for me all day as what to do, and I even prayed about it. I pray for Kate and the children often….

Many of the talking heads on TV have thrown out the statement that Kate was the worst or one of the worst dancers of the show, ever. That is so not the truth. I have watched the show from the beginning. Kelly Monaco won the first season and she was worse than Kate. She couldn’t keep up with her partner, stopped in the middle of the dance to see what he was doing and was just plain bad. Cloris Leachman and Buz Aldrin, although older couldn’t keep up either. Marie Osmond came in 3rd and she was no better than Kate. Master P wouldn’t even try, he stood pretty much still and let his partner do all the dancing. I could go on. Kate wasn’t the best and it was time for her to go, based on the remaining dancers performance, but she was far from being as bad as people make her out to be.

    Jan,

You are so right! We just have to always remember that it is Kate, and Kate will not get a fair shake from 99% of the talking heads. IMO they are pigs anyway and just when I think that they are just trying to do their jobs and deserve a break they come back with a vengance and re-inforce that they are still pigs. Every time I read or hear those hateful and negative remarks about Kate I am reminded of what Oprah Winfrey once said…”You cannot hate anyone unless you hate yourself first”.

Remember Billy Ray Cyrus on DWTS???? Oh my achey breaky heart…was he awful or what? Kate was Ginger Rogers compared to him and that rotund Apple computer guy Steve Wznicklickobesenesski or whatever. Anya listed some of the previous non dancers on the other thread one of them being Steve O.  I really don’t want to  remember Steve O the colossal Jackass persona but his dance efforts were as weird as his Jackass persona.

Kelly Monaco, now that was just weird, that she won. The beauty pageants must have a hugh fan base because my babies whose co-ordination hasn’t fully developed yet can dance and move better and more gracefully than her. Again, Kate was Ginger Rogers compared to her.
Today is MMO (mothers morning out) at my church and both sets of Grands are volunteers today and are taking the girls afterwards to see How to Train your Dragon in 3D so there is as  much havoc and mayhem  going on here as probably occurs at Kate’s house daily. WHOOPEE!
For you SAHM if you don’t know about MMO and MOPS (mothers of pre-schoolers) in your area you really should check it out.

Her hair looked absolutely beautiful on Kimmel.  She was gracious, humble, and funny.  I really think she is growing into her own skin as an adult, single woman.
that probably sounds weird, but she married so young she never had time to really develop a sense of self that wasn’t tied to a husband, and kids.  Now she is really coming in to her own and I’m impressed by what I see.

Kate and Tony are on Regis and Kelly this morning.  I just turned it on.  Anderson Cooper is filling in for Regis so that makes it a little easier first thing in the morning.  🙂  I am not usually into the perky morning shows….too early.

Looking forward to seeing them, their interviews have been good.
