Interesting Stuff We Found on the Internet, Volume 4

Hold on to your hats ladies, it’s time once again for “Interesting Stuff We Found on the Internet!”

Y’all have gotta love Youtube! Just a few minutes surfing around and you will see some of the funniest, most creative, and talented people you will ever see. Take a wrong click and you’ll also see some of the strangest, weirdest, most untalented people ever, but we’ll save those videos for another day.

Less than a month old on the site is the Southern Women Channel, with almost 2.5 million views of their inaugural video it’s safe to say southern’ has done gone viral! I can’t wait to see their next video!

You might remember several years ago there was a hilarious bit on Conan O’brian where William Shatner read Sarah Palin’s tweets as if they were poetry. If you don’t remember, here you go!
Years later that same idea is still as funny as can be, with Liam Neeson reading the lyrics to a Justin Bieber’s “Boyfriend”

And if you think that’s funny you have gotta watch Christopher Walken reading Honey BooBoo

And of course that had to be followed up with Honey Boo Boo reading Christoper Walken

You might have been one of the 10 million people who have already listened to this video, but in case you haven’t you have GOT to listen to this woman who calls into a local radio station to protest the location of Deer Crossings signs.

We can’t end our trip around the internet without at least a few tweets!

You know it’s been a successful thanksgiving when your pants fit a little bit tighter than they did before the break ☺

Ha! Love, love, love the southern women, and I also loved Honey Boo Boo Child reading “More Cowbell.” But the Deer Crossing video had me laughing out loud!

I loved all of these, especially the Southern Women. Being from the South, I can identify with all four. It is good to see that all uneducated people do not live in the South as some people seem to think (Deer Crossing).

Thanks Patty Pie. I would not have found the videos or tweets on my own.

Rosemary I am pretty sure I was Southern in another life. I love all things Southern 😉

The deer crossing one is just so funny! She is just so sincere. And the radio people were trying to figure out if they were being punked or not!

The deer crossing one is very funny, even if it is a prank call. She does sound sincere!

I’m not sure about Oprah’s cranberry sauce recipe – unless you’re boiling those cranberries in very sweetened orange juice, I think the sauce would come out too tart. Cranberry sauce needs sugar, people! (Have you ever bought “healthy” unsweetened cranberry juice? Yuck! Blech!)

I love the Southern Women video and I am not from the south. I surely am jealous and wish I was from the south.

Ok, I am from deer country and I completely understand what this woman is saying. If you didn’t tell the deer it was ok to cross in those places they wouldn’t cross, don’t you know. They pay attention to things like that. 😉

The Honey Boo Boo videos were cute but I find myself increasing less interested in anything to do with Honey Boo Boo. Although I now call my younger dog Honey Boo Boo quite a bit. I think there must be some kind of resemblance there???

    Pam.

Being from deer country, wish we could move the deer and the sign to anothrr state. LOL.

Southern gals, all I can say is Bless their Hearts. 🙂

    Boo Boo, not a fan.

I couldn’t stop laughing at Liam Neeson reading “Boyfriend”! If I play that for my daughter she’d never want to hear it again 😛 tempting….
