Look but don’t lick! This masquerader will be around for many Easters to come…long after the foil-wrapped bunnies have been consumed.
Everyone loves the look of the chocolate Easter bunny! They taste amazing and are so adorable to look at. Did you know that you can add this look to your spring and Easter decor without worrying about the chocolate melting…by making your own Faux Chocolate Easter Bunnies? It actually is very simple and quite popular and is something that you can decorate your home with for seasons to come!
Make sure your ceramic bunnies are clean and dry. Lay a piece of cardboard down in a well ventilated area, or outside if the weather is nice. Stand your bunnies upright on the cardboard, begin spray painting your bunnies from side to side with short sprays.
Spray multiple thins coats, not heavy coats. Heavy coats will cause your spray paint to drip. Repeat these steps until your bunny is coated with a thin coat. Come back in a couple hours and spray again, getting any spots you might have missed.
Let dry overnight and display but don’t eat these yummy looking bunnies!
This Chocolate Faux Bunny will help bring a traditional touch to your Easter decor. They are a a timeless Easter decoration you can enjoy year after year. The decoration washes clean with a damp cloth. You can even add a fabric bow to it to dress it up.
These are wonderful for your waistline and your teeth too!
You might need to warn your children or grandchildren that the Easter Bunny only appears to be chocolate or they might try to sneak a bite!
