Your kids and guests will love these Easy to Make Acorn Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies at your Thanksgiving celebration or fall holiday parties! It is really quite simple to make and yet very unique. The best thing about this recipe is that your kids can help make these and you will have them finished in no time at all. Even better, you can make these without a whole lot of mess. Now that is a win-win situation in my recipe book!
Ingredients:
- 12 ounces Hershey’s Dark Chocolate Kisses
- 72 mini Nilla Wafers
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter chips
- ¼ cup peanut butter
Directions:
Fill an icing bag with peanut butter. If you don’t have an icing bag, scoop the peanut butter into a Ziploc bag and seal it. Cut a tiny hole in one corner of the Ziploc bag.
Pipe a small dot of peanut butter onto the wafer bottom and top it with a chocolate kiss.
Pipe a small dab of peanut butter on the peanut butter chip and adhere it to the other side of the wafer.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

Your Acorn Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies look so cute and delicious. I have to admit that I have never tried peanut butter 😀 It’s not so common here. But I’d like to try out making these cookies with my daughter.
Biskoff spead or Hazelnut butter/spead works too. If either one is too thin try adding 1TBS confectioners sugar aka 10x sugar
