The never-aging Drew Barrymore and her hubs, Will Kopelman, welcomed baby girl Olive into the world on September 26th. Not sure if Drew’s choice of name had anything to do with her voicing the part of Olive in Matt Groening’s 1999 film, Olive the Other Reindeer. But, I’d like to think it does.

Amber Portwood was the focus of Amber Behind Bars. Amber’s very real life has been on display since age 18 when she gave birth to her baby daughter Leah. As a young mother, she had a tumultuous and destructive relationship with Leah’s father, Gary Shirley. She has been arrested for domestic violence, attended rehab, and lost custody of her daughter. Amber is currently serving a sentence of five years after violating probation for a felony drug charge.
Without a hint of sensitivity, Dr. Drew hardly allows Amber time to catch her breath as he rudely fires questions. While she must have had an urge to bitch slap the doctor, Amber appears to have changed and is using the time to improve herself. Amber also revealed how she had allowed drugs to take over her life. Emma Bracy of crushable.com has an excellent review for fans who want to know more:
In a moving display of realness, Amber says that as an addict, she didn’t give a shit about anything but her next fix. Not even her daughter, Leah, was more important than the drugs. “It’s not that you don’t love your child. You’re just a very selfish person when you’re on drugs.” If you’ve ever seen an episode of intervention, you know that she’s being sincere.
