Did you know that they make cameras these days with built-in Wi-Fi so you can share your images directly from the camera, without having to download them to a computer, just as you would with a cell phone camera? Neither did I! (Wait, you *did* know? Why didn’t you tell me? I thought we were friends!)

Um, anyway, these amazing gadgets are available right now at Best Buy, just in time to capture special holiday memories. Baby’s first Christmas? Your best, most beautifully decorated tree ever? The yule log dessert before your tipsy uncle falls face first into it? These cameras, all available at Best Buy, can record these moments for posterity and more:

Nikon DI D5300

First there’s the Nikon D5300 DSLR w/18-55mm VR Lens, which comes with the aforementioned Wi-Fi, an AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR II lens that enables you to capture sharp photos and video footage. Optical image stabilization helps prevent blurring to ensure image clarity. It’s also available in red (very Christmasy!) or gray.

Sony - Alpha a6000

Then we have the Sony –  α6000 Mirrorless Interchangeable Lens Camera, which features Wi-Fi, the World’s Fastest Autofocus, and a 24.3-megapixel, Exmor APS-C CMOS sensor that makes it easy to shoot scenes in stunning clarity. This one is also available in festive silver or white.

Samsung - Galaxy

Last but not least, there’s the Samsung Galaxy Camera 2, a digital camera that allows you to shoot, share, and use Android Apps (which I would find seriously appealing if I were an Android user). The Samsung Galaxy 2 digital camera’s 16.3-megapixel, 1/2.3″ BSI CMOS sensor allows you to capture sharp images and high-definition video footage. The 4.8″ touch screen simplifies operation, and built-in Wi-Fi makes sharing stored files easy.

All these and more are available at the Best Buy Holiday Gift Center (where I want all the things!) – visit the link to find gifts for your loved ones and maybe a few for yourself! Whatever your camera and camcorder needs are, Best Buy has you covered!

Never miss a moment. #CamerasatBestBuy

My husband is the photographer here – but his is too expensive for me. I need something good, but not as pricey… Maybe I need to upgrade!

I so need to take a trip to Best Buy with the hubs. Especially since I’ve been whining about wanting an actual camera for a while now. Even though I don’t know what anything means when people start explaining pixels & specs or whatever.

I think the idea of having a WiFi capable camera is nice, but I don’t know if I would use it. I just keep my cord attached to the computer or use my computer’s built in card reader. I really like the movable lcd screens though.

Photos are really important and not everyone realizes it. It is the only time where in you are able to capture the moment and say to yourself – I remember this!

The fact that this camera has built in wi-fi is right up my alley. It makes sharing to social media so easy.
